"His social behavior is unacceptable." I'm rolling my eyes here. Unacceptable to whom? To you? Who cares? Go start your own program and call it SpaceCrybabies Inc. Sick of employees who think they run the show. I can see why some employers wind up becoming tyrants.

SpaceCrybabies-love it. 😂 These morons think their opinions matter. They forget they were hired to provide a service to the company and that is it. Drucker lists this group as in the top three to fire- Constant Complainers.
