Low-level = KP
Medium = actual children
High = andrenochrome.
I was wondering about all these "random" "attacks." Takes some real talented people high up to pull off this level of claimed accidents. But how can the CIA/FBI pull strings so easily?

From what I gathered "children being the currency" does not literally mean they pay with children to get people to do things. No, they encourage people into deviancy, pedophilia etc and capture it all on videos. Then they use blackmail to get people to do what they want. Thats the real currency - blackmail using crimes against children.
