A large fraction of the world, mostly Asia, are "lactose intolerant" meaning they are genetically unable to digest milk and dairy. I mostly don't like soy products but soya-based ice cream really is delicious. Tons of extra sugar in it unfortunately.
Raw milk is different. Drinking boiled (anything from the store) milk is a great way to become lactose intolerant, as the enzymes that break down the lactose are killed. Surely this is a coincidence and not an anti-human agenda.
