What can I do at the state level? I reported the incident to the state board of elections but they are completely compromised. Here is what happened:
I voted on election day in 2020, in person.
On my voter status online it states I voted early, like 5 days before the election.
I received 3-4 mail in ballots to my home of record, threw them all away.
I was called by a "frantic" sounding investigator for the board of elections, he had the same exact accent as Fauci. He said it was a "glitch" on the webpage, and that early voting was the same as in person on their site.
I spoke to one more representative who denied my claims.
Wat do?
Reported to DOJ, FBI(I know), and NSA
What are my options here does anyone know?
Retain a lawyer or what? State AG looks comped as well.
Military is the only way I guess
I would start with your local delegate or state senator and let them dig. If you are in a Dem district or your delegate's a RINO, there should be a state delegate or senator who may be at the forefront of election integrity in your state. Try reaching out there instead, and tell them everything you've told us here.
I didn't have this particular thing happen, but after reading an article about a lack of volunteers to work polls on Election Day in 2020, I signed up. About a month later I saw another article stating the BOE got the volunteers they needed. I reached out to my delegate, who responded that a number of his constituents encountered the same thing (not surprising since we're in a very red district in a very blue state), and after that I heard from BOE about a training schedule.
One last bit of advice: If your state is still doing mail-in ballots, save EVERY mailer and it's contents. Take them with you when you vote, and if they try to tell you that you voted, you have definitive proof you did not, as well as definitive proof your state is engaging in voter fraud if you have multiple envelopes.
You may also want to record an interaction in which you bring the evidence that you didn't vote, and they still say you voted.
