Correct, although we all forget that our govt is made up of other citizens. We need to always start there. They aren’t royalty or super heros, they are our servants. We all need to have a mental turn about in how we view and address them every time we have to encounter or deal with them. No, that doesn’t mean we are to be let off for breaking a “just” law, but we need to stop respecting those that do not deserve it or those that violate their oath of office. My $.02
