Maybe it's because they knew nobody was really being killed, like sandy hook? I have been trying since sandy hook happened to find death certificates for the supposed shot people. Can't find them, can't find burial records and can't find birth certificates either.
On Friday afternoon, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) warrior Wolfgang Halbig was finally allowed to direct questions to key Sandy Hook players during a Connecticut Freedom of Information Commission hearing (per Wolfgang Halbig v. Newtown Police Department, et al).
First, kudos to Halbig, a former state trooper and school administrator. Through persistence and his new top-notch attorney, Kay Wilson, he finally had a FOIA Commission hearing for the purpose of obtaining official records. Fortunately for us, we get front-row seats at the hearing via YouTube. Halbig’s investigation is one of the biggest hidden stories in America today, and the hearing Friday was a victory in the battle for truth.
Newtown’s overrated attorney Monte Frank conducts himself like a snake representing a crime syndicate. Perhaps that’s why he was chosen in 2014 as the vice president of the Connecticut Bar. He’s clearly an obstructionist without a sense of public good and little interest in the truth.
If Halbig’s mission is so kooky, then why all the extreme obstructionism, dirty tricks and failures to comply with simple FOIA requests? Typical among his five primary objections was claiming widespread media reports of simple facts were hearsay. But of course such claims open up more cans of worms. Where’d the media get its script? Oh, what a tangled web.
Here are some highlights from the two-hour hearing, if you’re short on time or patience:
— At 1:25:00, Newtown Chief of Police Keohe states on record that there were no communications between the police department and the department’s helicopter on the day of the event (Dec. 14, 2012) and therefore no transcript or audio records.
— At 1:29:00, the police chief admits the dash cam footage Halbig viewed at the station should have had a time and stamp. Note that the documents released to Halbig had no signatures, and “the town” has refused to produce specific email records.
— At 1:35:00 is the beginning of the sworn testimony for the head of facilities maintenance for the dilapidated, moldy and filthy Sandy Hook “vanguard” school. Quite a sight.
— At 1:53:00, Wilson goes into the Sandy Hook “work orders” issue and passes around Connecticut State Police photos showing the appalling condition of the school. To understand what these photos are about, watch the Sandy Hook police “crime scene” video in my earlier article.
— At 2:05:00, attorney Frank just has to crumble as the photos are passed around. Just wait until he is later confronted with hundreds of these appalling school photos. The commissioner appeared very interested in this topic, and in particular the commissioner’s attorney, Ms. Brown. She finally looks like she has seen enough of Newton’s lies and Frank’s wily, stupid obfuscation.
Obstructionist Frank’s constant, oddball, fact-avoiding objections throughout the hearing caused the meeting to run long, and the presiding commissioner chose to issue a continuance. Hopefully in the meantime Halbig’s attorney will find a way to enforce her subpoena of public officials and staff who chose not to show up for the hearing Friday.
