There's a CVS in my hometown of Louisville KY that as of the last time we were in the area (last month) it was STILL boarded up as it had been looted at least twice that we saw while watching livestreams of the Breonna Taylor/BLM protests/riots. Louisville didn't get as bad as some other Dem run cities but it got pretty dicey a few times.
