Is this something that will affect the nation or just NY? Is this implying nation wide constitutional carry will be a thing?

This is a nation wide ruling… but it doesn’t mandate constitutional carry. This is the may issue vs shall issue which Heller had decided but hack judges have been chipping away at it on the appellate level… this was a dick shwack to those appellate judges
