You can read the government's sentencing memo in which they asked for Ghislaine Maxwell to receive 30-35 years for the charges she's been convicted of....so far.

Her clients won’t be tried in the US legal system, they will be tried in the US Military court system, if they don’t cooperate and/or commit suicide.

The more they resist, the tighter the noose.
