His statement makes no sense in this case.

I have a handgun on me as concealed carry. NY arrest me per their unconstitutional law.

When this goes to court, it will be immediately tossed out, if not at the local level (because reeeeeeeeeeesist) then the appeals court will cancel the punishment AND punish the local district.

Is this guy a retard (don't answer, we already know.)
