That is the counterinsurgency doctrine which our own green berets often practiced as they worked on coin issues in Iraq and Afghanistan.

The green berets were formed by kennedy to help Americans throw off an insurge.cy. we PRACTICED in foreign countries.

Maybe that is why pg 49 had to give them permission to operate outside the u.s. In Behalf of other nations. They were not originally formed for that.
