Other states take note. This is how it is done. Pass laws before Gates pollutes the farmland he is sucking up. If he pollutes people with vaccines here and abroad, you think he won’t deliberately make the land unusable for generations.

North Dakota is prime for making g land unusable. Its got marginal clay soil I've heard called gumbo. Know of a farmer who had like 10k acres up there he sold some years back saying he ruined it and it won't grow crops anymore. Still plenty of productive land up there but Gates could easily ruin it
