And according to this article this only seems like a temporary block until Gate's can give a good enough reason why he wants to illegally buy up so much land. Also state he owns up to 242,000 acres across 18 states...

This is not over until not yet. Looks like I'm going to have to send a nice/ well written letter to my AG explaining a few things and why we don't this here in ND.
