Why 13? Strange but not coincidental.
I feel like if he signs this bill/passes it... that is some type of line that legally needs to be crossed?
can anyone fill me in on this bill?
there is a link in the article
This is what concerns me but a lot is in there online to wade thru
Incentives for states to implement red flag laws The bill would provide $750 million in federal money to states that create so-called red flag laws, which allow guns to be temporarily confiscated from people deemed dangerous by a judge. The funding, meant to incentivize the enactment of such measures, would also support the creation of crisis intervention court programs
-> All they need is an anonymous point -concern -or call to take your weapon

Yea fuck this
One step forward and one step back kind of day
on purpose and planned for many a reason as we know - I knew I had a feeling w Roe they carroted us now the Gun bill creeps for divide and conquer((riots?)) ..problem w them is we are too awake to it all
Well SCOTUS had the gun ruling yesterday so won't this eventually get squashed by SCOTUS as well?
that was ruled on carry laws I think so not sure how red flags come in under that ruling (if they do) gonna be reading a lot this weekend
Incorrect. It set precedent that any gun law that doesn't strictly follow the 2a can be overturned/ruled. People were talking about how the nfa could be overturned at some point, yesterday. So in theory so could this new bill.
awesome itβs a lot to digest and any info I greatly appreciate
