Why now? Plenty of conservatives are okay with first trimester abortions. In fact about 70% of people are. Now Clarence Thomas mentions revisiting gay rights? Seriously? How is that going to help us in the midterms at all?

Well it's now a state right to choose instead of being forced to allow it. States represent their populous more than the federal government. Now it's up to the people in each state to choose what restrictions on abortion they are okay living with. I don't care if plenty of "conservatives" are okay with it. Its wrong. And I am very happy to be in Texas at this moment.
