Supposedly only Q can use TOR, as I have been told by a member here. ID 000000 is always TOR, and that number by it is how many posts an ID has made in the thread.

Not doubting you, but where did you get the "only Q can use TOR" from? I assume that you mean only use TOR on 4Chan.

I'm not a regular 4Chan user.

Individual board owners, on 8Kun at least, can enable or disable TOR for either the entire board or individual users. On QR, it was disabled for everyone but Q for a long time, but apparently is has been re-enabled due to people not being able to use the board. Sounds fishy to me, but I am not in charge of these things.
