They are only going to protect entrances in states where it is still legal. They acknowledge that in these statements. They say women must be allowed to travel to states where still legal. There will be blue states that keep this forever. All they are going to do is protect states that are not doing anything to challenge it in the first place. it's like saying we will support the sun rising in the morning. It means nothing.
