The “OMG PERJURY” memes kept making me wonder if Trump’s justices were not party to a legitimate Senate vote.

What if the military was already involved when Trump started choosing nominees?

Is there a difference in what counts as testimony/what is truly needed? If we are watching a movie, were CB/Gorsuch/Kav actually put through the legitimate confirmation process?
