Anyone not peacefully protesting, needs to be arrested. The hell with tear gas. Surrounding the Capitol in any State should be construed as a threat and if they refuse to disperse when told to do so, arrest them, charge them with the felony of threatening bodily harm, throw them in jail with a substantial bail.
