I dont know about this one...I realize that is doesnt have to be a perfect Q and that we understand what it represents when he does an imperfect air Q.

This one didnt even seem close though and to me Scavino was highlighting the crowd screaming "Thank You Trump"

But he dropped so many other 17 references anyways........
