If it was anything nefarious they would not take the body out the front door!

That's exactly what they're banking on you believing. So, that's exactly what makes it perfectly safe for them to wheel dead bodies right out the front door.

Same with the trading and selling toddlers for sex and cannibalism.

People believe nobody would ever do anything THAT nefarious.

So that makes it easy to do, right under their noses.
