Because the old Q always confirmed it was legit with a Trump delta. (Q posts then Trump posts <1 minute later)

I haven't put much thought into this, as I like to wait and see, but I do have to point out that Q's last drop was the song 'we're not going to take it', and Jfk Jr's. supposed 'last' words were 'we're not going to make it'. To me, that meant December 8, 2020 was the 'last' of Q in that form.
