If this was a black hat operation and they impersonated Q, my guess would be that they would make Fake-Q try to provoke anons into violence - or at the least they'd make the posts then have the Parrot-stream Media start blaring "LOOK! LOOK! DEM QANONS IS TERRORISTS WE TOLD YOU!" and then the Clowns would go about arresting people with the "evidence' from CNN.
