The Bible has the cure for HIV and all other sexually transmitted diseases: one sexual partner for life (your spouse), until one of you dies, then you can remarry.

If everyone did this, all sexually transmitted diseases would end in a generation.

Sadly, we live in a fallen world and it won't happen until Jesus Christ returns.
