So they're trying to use ""WORD MAGIC"" to try and get around the fact that Abortion is still Murder....

And also to try to protect anyone that brings a Lawsuit for it....

Their Problem is that they opened the door for a Civil Suit, by specifically saying ""Civil"" and solidly paced it into the Civil Courts for Judgement....
