It’s called money laundering. Politicians favorite tool. Vote for aid. Work out deal to receive your cut. “10% for the big guy.” Rinse repeat. Where does the money go? Personal foundations if retiring, re-election coffers if still in office. Great gig if you can get it. This is how they go to DC as middle class and leave as elites.
