There should be legal ramifications for judges that step over their authority. It has been decided by the SC, what authority does this judge have?
SC returned the issue to the states. This is a state court blocking the state law. Not saying the judge is correct, but it's now a state issue.
Perform abortions at your own risk at this point. If you are found to be wrong at this point you have no one but yourself to thank for a life sentence.
Louisiana should let ever doctor know that when the law is upheld by court that every doctor that performed abortion will be punished.
