The patient hits the employee first but the employee takes it too far in retaliation with the choking and head kick. What were they arguing about? The employee was pointing his finger at the patient before the patient pushes his head back.
No the employee was pointing his finger in the veterans face and just like anyone would do, the veteran pushed his hand out of his face, then the employee went bat shit crazy. The veteran said this ...
Webb said he did not know why Gaillard attacked him. He told WSB-TV that he was at the VA to receive instructions for a pending hernia operation and knocked on Gaillard's office door to tell him he planned to use the restroom.
In the video, Gaillard is seen pointing his finger in Webb's face, to which Webb responded by smacking at Gaillard's finger.
"He said, 'Man, I'll go upside your head.' I said, 'No, you won't,' [and] that's the last thing I remember," Webb told the station. "I'm still trying to figure out why he hit me."
Ok, through the blurring, it's hard to tell if he actually didn't hit the employee's face. Yet for one, I wouldn't push away a finger pointed at me by a hostile stranger in the first place because that can be counted as an assault. Let them make the first move.
