Screw the "16th Amendment wasn't ratified" argument. SCOTUS said the government already had the power to tax income anyway. The problem for most of us is that we all still think our salary/work wages count as income. They don't.

If he's right (and it appears he may be), we can stop with all the "16th Amendment wasn't ratified properly" stuff and hoping Washington will willingly turn off their own cash cow, and just quietly go back and mark "exempt" on our W4's and stick it to Washington on our own.

If he's wrong, or he's missed something, someone feel free to explain why here and we can talk about it. But I thought his comments merited its own thread.
