I think the airlines are having difficulty pairing pilots who have and have not had the jab because two jabbed pilots in the cockpit is gross negligence.

As awful as that is it actually makes me feel a lot better.
Four vaccinated pilots is probably pretty close to the safety of two unvaccinated.
