Does anyone know of anything that helps cancer?

Asking for a friend, his uncle has lung cancer. As far as I know there isn't anything that's been proven to work but I could be wrong. Just a shot in the dark asking you guys, he's gonna die anyway. Might as well die trying something, I know there's no miracle cure.

Thanks, I've been looking into this and want to give it a try. Not for cancer or anything but a couple other minor ailments I've been trying to find alt cures for.
