I would say 1:14:42, approximately!

That skips some talking by the presenter, a prayer, the national anthem and a long puff piece telling us how great Pullitzer is.

EDIT: The Q&A session starts around the 2:00:00 mark. The presentation is OK but the Q&A session is riveting! IMHO. Pullitzer has lots of stories which must involve those in the upper echelons of power in the state.
