True dat. But the person I pity most is the unseen "him" that she's referring to. Maybe it's her fantasy boyfriend, or maybe it's a real person with pronouns like ze/zim, or maybe it's a gimp in a latex body suit she keeps in the closet. Whatever, that poor "him" should be the object of our pity..
