I'm trying to eat a well-balanced diet, and go light on sugary carbs. I tried greek yogurt for a while as my go-to breakfast, but it gave me some weird, chemical-smelling crap and gas, so now I'm having oatmeal for breakfast. I eat a lot of peanut butter on bread (no jelly) for lunch, or sometimes tuna. And then what would be considered a normal meal for dinner (some kind of meat, rice or potatos, and some vegetable, but often no vegetable) I make homemade bread and almost completely avoid fast food and most pre-packaged food. What I still don't know is whether having covid ramped up the heart disease, or it just coincided with it, but after reading about covid and covid shots causing clotting, I'm thinking the ramping up may be what happened. I'm hoping it's possible that the coronary calcium scan results will show a slight decrease in a year, or maybe even a big decrease, if possible.
