I have a six year old that just popped for the covid scam...any recommendations on how to treat/ what medicines can be used for a child? I have vitamin D zinc and vitamin C. Is this safe for children?

If only a false positive of a fake test, and no symptoms of illness, then there is nothing to do, since there is no illness.
