Fellow Patriots HELP NEEDED: Will my Swiss wife need to get vaccinated to come to the USA?

We’re planning to move back home to the USA, but the information available is a bit confusing. Everyone tells me something different. Thanks.

That depends if she has legal immigration status. My daughter and her husband are living in Brazil patiently waiting for requirement to be lifted because he's not a legal immigrant yet. It doesn't matter of they are married or not. PolishBaldEagle's link below is the official update from CDC.

Yeah, I just saw the vaccine requirements for immigrant visa applicants: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/vaccinations.html

When do you reckon they’ll lift this ridiculous rule??
