I don't believe Biden is in control. My son-in-law is trying for a visa to enter US from Brazil. All the Visas require the jab to enter legally. I'm waiting patiently for the requirement to end to see my family again. I'm quite up to date on everything coming from Brazil.
He's not vaccinated so it will be declined by the Biden administration.
