I have! I have done two over the past few years and retained most of the eating habits since. I lost 30 lbs (but i wasn’t big to begin with) more than that I lost all systemic inflammation, skin issues cleared right up, digestion is 💯 and so much more energy. I recommend it to everyone but people are gonna do what they’re gonna do. I thought at first that it was totally crazy to cut wheat but it’s been the best thing I’ve ever done. And I’m literally a professional sourdough baker lol.
