If you want a good relationship with your kids the best option is to give up any idea of justice and just be as physically close and available to them as possible. Hopefully the criminal family injustice system (designed to destroy family undoubtedly) falls when the rest of it does. Until then, spend as little time as possible in the legal system and stay close and magnanimous with your kids and ex. It’s the only boy way to get what you really want. It’s hard. The system is designed to make you incredulous and angry. All the best!

I have! I have done two over the past few years and retained most of the eating habits since. I lost 30 lbs (but i wasn’t big to begin with) more than that I lost all systemic inflammation, skin issues cleared right up, digestion is 💯 and so much more energy. I recommend it to everyone but people are gonna do what they’re gonna do. I thought at first that it was totally crazy to cut wheat but it’s been the best thing I’ve ever done. And I’m literally a professional sourdough baker lol.
