The fine should have been $11 million, or whatever the amount of her total assests were, so she would be completely bankrupt and unable to mount a defense. You know she will appeal and most likely get help from outside sources. If they drained her of the ability to pay, they could track anyone stepping forward to assist her and then track the money. Of course they won’t do that though, will they?

There have to be civil suits after this, hopefully that will send her money to the actual victims instead of the government.
