Yeah I've worked retail or customer service for over 30yrs.
The woman in the store would have been more effective if she had simply asked the employee for a phone number or an email she could use to contact someone about carrying Mike's products again.
All she did was make more work for a cashier who might even be a conservative , and like I said it probably went nowhere.
When I worked customer service for a well known catalog company we could do a lot to accommodate a customer.
The nicer the customer the better the accomodation. I still resolved the rude customers issues but they got the bare minimum.
People think they always have to be Karens to get anywhere, the truth is that it goes nowhere at least with me.
