A small bit of a back story. A few months ago I started noticing small headaches would happen when I used my phone at all. A bit of research on a conspiracy forum led to people talking about 5g and what it can possibly do to you. This led to stories about communities in India burning down their 5g towers. I took mine and my wife's phone and turned them both to 4g. Headaches went away. Well I work in a downtown area and the signal is horrible. I decided to turn 5g on while I was at work and yet again the small headaches come back. Is there any reliable link to this and 5g? And has anyone else experienced this?

So I don't have a 5g phone, I was skeptical and bought a new refurbished 4g. My husband has 5g though so not sure if it really matters at this point since the towers are up and most people have 5g phones now.
I have noticed a few things that could be related to your question. For one, I have beats Bluetooth ear phones and when I listen more than an hour or 2 my ears get hot and I feel burning from ear to ear inside the ear canal. Had a Samsung watch but felt like my wrist was hot when I would wear it to bed, stopped wearing it completely. Get frequent migraines (which hadn't had for 15 years) could be when I use my phone more often but still not sure why, been tracking food and everything. All of these devices emit emf radiation, including our tvs (which emit the most compared to most other common household products). You could be experiencing radiation symptoms, this isn't unheard of as a lot of the symptoms even mimic "covid" symptoms. I had a bunch of sauce on this but was months ago, I'm sure if you just search radiation poisoning you'll get some good stuff.
do NOT use wireless headpieces of any kind if you can get a wired one, that shit is pushing radiation straight into the brain
Yea, it's one of those things where I know it is really bad but they're so convenient! I know that's a really bad reason as I've cleaned up the rest of the things causing harm but this is one vice I can't quit yet. After today, and my ears burning pretty bad I think I'm done though. I shouldn't have ignored it this long.
Speakerphone lets you keep it father away from your person, especially your head.
