I bought the highest proof Graves XXX Extra Fine Grain Alcohol, 95% ALC/VOL 190 proof (), ( I had to sign special paper for it at the state liquor store stating I did not plan to drink it, it can kill you. ) This is the stuff for making tinctures.
I filled a dropper bottle with the Fine Grain Alcohol, I then applied it in drops to the infected tooth. It BURNS, but then fades and takes the pain away with it,. after 2 days infection was gone.
With the infection gone I continued applying drops to the tooth a few times a day especially after brushing for the next few months. NO infection developed. I killed all infection and the rest of the root.
After 3 months I swallowed a shot of Fine Grain Alcohol, 75% (Not THE 95%) and then took another shot of the 75% and swished until I could not handle it. Then spit it out. Using small jeweler pliers, strong tweezers and a dental pick and mirror, I removed the dead tooth. (in pieces) i had all the tools sanitized in the 95% and a dropper of 95% handy.

Conclusion, The tooth came out easily, no pain. It was in 3 pieces, I think because of the original drilling I had for the filling must have split the tooth.
