So what exactly happens to existing regulations/laws if it were deemed that all or most federal agencies were unconstitutional? Would it all just dissolve, or would Congress start voting on which 'existing' legislation would remain active?
My guess, at first it will appear that nothing changed. As each agency is challenged in court the agency will back down just before the Supreme court hears the case.
That's it the way they always play the game. I think this time their goose is cooked. I am thinking that a massive amounts of lawsuits are headed their way.
