Who the fuck cares. Different judges, different districts and different charges. The real fact is these are FEDERAL charges. Best they can do is get 54 days off per year for good behavior. I did miss that sort of. But I also don’t think she sung or had nothing to sing about. Usually, the prosecution’s sentence recommendation reflects cooperation, if any. She also refused to take responsibility at sentencing per her statement.
