I just installed the Truth Social app on my Android phone.

I opened Truth Social on my Android Phone using the Chrome browser. I got a message asking if I wanted to add Truth Social to my Home screen. I said yes an there it is on my phones home screen

I registered as well. Excellent! This is not access via an Android app, but via the web browser..

Yeah this is possible with all sites. It's just the website, as a shortcut on your home screen.

GAW is an "app" on my phone this same way

Not from the Google play store. It sure does look and act like an app. I don't know how this stuff really works maybe as some have pointed out it is only a shortcut.

Then again maybe they just bypassed Google.
