I know it's nefarious because chains refuse to do turkey burgers (even though they're delicious with swiss) but they push this crap
One 4 oz turkey patty can be around 20g of protein, and like 8g of fat plus its white meat and cooks easily (less food poisoning)
It's because this fake shit can be dirt cheap to produce and can last a long time.
And the globalists will accelerate that by making meat artificially more expensive.
Yeah, a $15 turkey burger would really stand out on the menu.
