Yes. They're warning him not to spill the beans about MK Ultra (which never really ended). It's coming soon.

(Their surprise witness is likely a White Hat plan that would blow up their attempts against Trump).

Trump does a rally right in Cheney country and declares it "MAGA country".

Their attempt to tar him will blow up and only make him stronger. Their warning him not to let "ULTRA" come out. He's saying "Try and stop it. You'll fail. I'll be KING RICHARD, but it won't hurt me."
