This wasn't the all out halt to the EPA, and thusly congressional delegations to the federal agencies, that we had hoped to see come to light. It does temper the EPA overreach to allow restrictions on an energy facility, but disallow the forcing of a facility (such as coal power plants) to pivot into LNG, wind or solar to grow production.
Reasonable and positive step forward, but the big shit heap stays intact. For now.
