So correct me if I'm wrong, but because of the EPA vs West Virginia ruling, all the ATF Shenanigans are now null and void correct?
🏆 - WINNING - 🏆
So this means their stupid 80% rule, forced reset trigger rule, their upcoming pistol brace rule, etc. etc. etc. are all now null and void correct? In other words, ALL of the freaking gun control that the ATF created out of thin air without proper authority is no longer enforceable.
Every one of these agency groups believes they can edit the definition of anything they like, and then laws come into being purely based on any new definition they dream up. Which they dont have to justify in any way, or be accountable for since none of them are elected. We have seen this definition-creep by the 'everything is considered to be a gun', etc assertions by ATF, but they all do it. Laws exist only with the understanding of the words that constitute the bill having the meaning they do at the time the bill was passed into law. Otherwise dictionary companies could pretend to be legislative bodies as well.
So they insist they have legislative authority without it ever having been delegated to them, or recognized as such in any way. Thats the crux here, is my understanding. And it took the SC judgement to say No.
